Wallets and Networks

Understand wallet addresses, private keys, networks, and why the correct network is non-negotiable.

Lesson 1

Wallet Addresses

A wallet address is where crypto is sent, similar to an account number, but usually impossible to reverse.

Copy and paste wallet addresses instead of typing them manually.

Check the first and last characters before submitting an order.

Use the exact address format required by the selected network.

Lesson 2

Network Matching

The asset and network must match. USDT TRC20 is not the same route as USDT ERC20.

Ask your wallet or exchange which networks it supports for that coin.

Sending to the wrong network can permanently lock or lose funds.

When unsure, contact Libera support before submitting the order.

Lesson 3

Private Keys and Seed Phrases

Whoever has your recovery phrase can control your wallet.

Libera will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Do not store recovery phrases in screenshots, chats, or email.

Use a hardware wallet or reputable wallet app for larger balances.
